It’s a market people have some intuitive understanding of. Books like Creating Wealth, Nothing down in the 2000’s, & Buy Rent & Sell, More wealth from Residential Property is good if you’re an Aussy.

Out of these books decide on a simple strategy that sits well with you. Be it a buy & hold strategy, or on the other extreme getting ur hands dirty by renovation & flipping.

You’ll need to develop a burning desire to manage the hurtles life will throw you. Books like Think & Grow Rich, or even Rich Dad Poor Dad r filled with pearls of wisdom that cover this.

Do your homework. Value of real estate is dropping faster than it is ever had since the great depression. Until you are confident that real estate has hit rock bottom, I would not invest in it.
